I am here in Lilongwe doing some work for the Water Board, which provides drinking water in most of the city.
The Lilongwe Water Board, which is not very centrally located in this sprawling city without much public transit, kindly provides some transportation for its employees. Of course, it's very unsafe (these people are going to stand the whole way on the pickup)
Some people (mostly day laborers without contracts) get to ride in the big truck
